Property
The home was in great condition and the property seemed quiet and pleasant. It was enough space for 1 person and could be enough for 2 people. All kitchen appliances were provided, and there were new hardwood floors. The floor tile in the kitchen and bathroom was not aesthetic, but that would be the only con.
Management
Property manager was very easygoing and personable. He seemed fair, as well, and trustworthy. Did not have issues communicating with him to view property or to get application.
