The apartment is an easy walk to the downtown, Lancaster General Hospital and the train station. It also has free parking our front and is easy to get in and out of the city if you have to commute to work.
The apartment is on the second and third floor of a two unit building. The main living floor is the second floor, which has a large living room, one of the bedrooms (or a dining room or office depending on your needs), the bathroom, the kitchen with plenty of room for a table as well, and a deck that leads directly into the rear fenced in yard. The other two bedrooms are on the third floor of the apartment. The apartment also has closets in every room and in the hallway with a total of five closets.
Tenants are responsible for the gas (hot water radiators and hot water) and electric utilities. The landlord pays for the water/sewer and trash/recycling.
Pets are permitted, but certain limitations apply so please be sure to let us know what you have pet wise if you are wondering about our pet policy.
