For Del Ray this 2 bedroom is very affordable. The floors had been refinished and the walls painted. The gentleman I met was very kind and informative as well. However, the windows were old and bad for energy and the door was bowed over time and without getting it replaced there will be a crack open to the outside letting bugs and weather in and energy out. If they fix the door and cleanliness overall of the building this place is great! Also, one last note is that they require first months rent as the deposit in addition to the first months rent. Right next door, The Gardens at Del ray offers no move in fee, no deposit, and prorated rent for the first month. I think they need to get a little more competitive. The rent difference is $1475 to $1850 for a much more updated and clean environment.
