    Welcome to 2044.5 Reed Ave - an upstairs corner 2bed/1bath unit located in Pacific beach - just blocks away to either the beach or bay! This is a recently remodeled unit that features hardwood floors throughout, new windows that have great insulation and bring in a lot of natural light. There are two additional closets on-site, one for toiletries and another coat closet! In the kitchen you will find all stainless steel appliances, a small dining area, dishwasher and we will be adding a microwave prior to new tenant move in. This complex has a community washer and dryer for all tenant to use. There is an area for bikes and there is one parking spot that can be reserved. We require a one year lease. Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, and cable/wifi! We charge a $50 flat fee per tenant per month for water usage. There is (1) parking spot that can be reserved on site for $50 a month. Landlord handles landscaping, pest control, and trash! We accept pets with a $300 pet deposit and $50 pet rent.
