This lease is for one year, after the year you can sign a new one or stay month to month. I will even sign a multiple year lease. I WILL NOT RAISE YOUR RENT EVER! SERIOUSLY, stay as long as you like and lock in this completely new apartment for years. I pay for water, sewer, trash, and common area landscaping. The tenant is responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. I just want someone to appreciate all the work that has been put in, pay rent on time, and respect the property.
