The two-car garage and in-unit washer/dryer make this townhome a must-see. Tenants pay for electric, gas, and water/sewer/trash. Dogs ok with a $200 pet deposit per pet. No cats or smokers.      Management

    Heather was responsive and professional. Austin Smith was rude and insulting, would not provide any examples of what might be covered in a lease and then made comments that if I had any questions regarding the lease I couldn't afford to work with him. (I absolutley do have the money, but like to make informed purchases). He then wrote that rent was $2400/monthly, even though the advertised price is $2300/monthly. He is very abrasive and I would be careful working with him in the future.
