This private fully furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3-story house. Private entrance for you. Bedroom has a queen bed & the sofa pulls out into a full size bed. Full bathroom with tub. Washer and dryer is inside the bathroom. Full kitchen equipped with basic cookware and dining utensils. If you need it unfurnished, we can accommodate as well. We're centrally located - close to South Lake Union, UW, Capitol Hill, Gas Works Parks, Downtown. Bus 70 runs through our neighborhood and goes to University of Washington and South Lake Union in about 15 mins. You can walk to UW, SLU, or Cap Hill in ~30 mins. Our house is in the charming Eastlake neighborhood. My husband and I live on the second and third floors. The house was built in 1921 & still has its original hardwood floors on the top two floors, so hearing some creaking when we walk upstairs is to be expected. We are also right off the I-5 highway as well, so depending on how noice sensitive you are; you may hear some road noise. No AC. The house & apartment entrances are both equipped with a keypad for easy and contactless entry. 1. Lease duration is negotiable - 8 month lease minimum. 2. Rent does not include utilities - water, garbage, sewer, heat, electricity, and internet - an extra $150 a month. 3. Pet fee if applicable is $25 a month. 4. NO smoking anywhere inside the apartment - $500 smoking fee will be charged for violating this house rule. 5. Public street parking available on a first come first serve basis, we will provide you with one parking pass for our neighborhood - zone 8/Eastlake. If you lose or misplace this pass, we will need to charge you an extra $95 to reapply for one from the city of Seattle.
