Renter must agree to a wavier for use or it will be disabled. Shed use is not included unless owner agrees to terms that could be negotiated.

Wheel chair lift usage will only be available with a sign waiver of use. Owner will not be responsible for injury or damage by its' use. Please! do not contact owner if you don't meet the requirements set forth. You must be approved by the Co-Op board before we can rent to you. There is a fee to do back ground and credit checks. The park office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am till 12:00pm. Yea! Be aware that if your credit score is below the required minimum or you fail the background check there is no refund from the park. They run the checks very fast.
