Cable is available but not furnished. The $1000.00 per month rate is for one year lease. utilities NOT included. This home has a wheel chair lift. Renter must agree to a wavier for use or it will be disabled. Shed use is not included unless owner agrees to terms that could be negotiated. NOTE: Map location is off. Unit is on 2nd street not 1st. Renter pays for all utilities, Must have a credit score of 675. This is a no pet park with exceptions! One renter must be 55 years of age or older! $1000.00 Deposit with first and last month's rent. Total due is $3,000.00 at signing. This is a non- smoking unit. Lease is for one year. $1000.00 a month. Storage shed is negotiable. Wheel chair lift usage will only be available with a sign waiver of use. Owner will not be responsible for injury or damage by its' use. The park office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 am till 12:00pm. Yea! Be aware that if your credit score is below the required minimum or you fail the background check there is no refund from the park. They run the checks very fast.
