Please note that no pets are allowed and parties are grounds for termination to ensure respect for the neighbors. Located just 8 miles from downtown Blue Ridge, this property offers easy access to the natural beauty of the area. A 4WD vehicle is highly recommended during inclement weather to navigate the surroundings safely. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests have access to the entire house via keypad entry, except for the locked owner's closet. There are two cameras on the front and side of the cabin for security purposes. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. A guest verification process is required, including a simple screening within 48 hours of booking confirmation and signing a rental agreement. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage reported before check-out.
