Some pics you see here are with furniture from one of our previous renters. Really nice, friendly, safe neighborhood. There is a huge master bedroom, and a small room that can fit a single or maybe a twin bed. The living room is adjacent to the smaller room , which has a vanity. The single bed you see in the smaller room is not in the main bedroom, it is a bed that a former renter put in an extra space for her grandkids to use when they visited. This place has great light and a ton of space. Extra space for storage is included. No dogs, but cats are ok. There is a nice, private back yard, with a pine tree and room for a grill. Ute Valley park is just across the street, and it's great for biking and walking. 7-8 minute drive from I-25 at either Woodmen, Rockrimmon or Garden of the Gods exit. Safeway, Walgreens, Subway, Thai food, Mexican food, a sports bar, a dry cleaner's, and Papa Murphy's are very close by.
