The third floor offers a versatile space with two queen beds in the bedroom area and an office area with a game and reading nook, perfect for unwinding or catching up on work. Step outside to a small deck with a bistro set, or head to the basement for a friendly ping pong match. With a half bath and laundry on-site, this home is designed for both relaxation and convenience. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The home is equipped with decibel readers that track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed for the grill, but receipts will be reimbursed. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Violating house rules or those of the OTA community will result in immediate eviction without refund for unused nights.
