Originally built in 1912 as the Wherrett-Mize warehouse, the building was redeveloped into 20-unit loft style apartments in 2011. Bridgeview Apartments is located on the east side of downtown Atchison and within walking distance of multiple parks, grocery stores, and no less than a dozen independently owned and operated restaurants. Bridgeview Apartments features spacious units, an elevator to all three levels, black granite countertops, cherry stained cabinets, a private parking lot, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and practically unlimited storage space in the basement of the building. Rent: $1,245 / month. Utilities: The owner pays for water, tenant pays for electricity and any internet/TV providers. Pets: Bridgeview Apartments is considered pet friendly, though we do enforce odor/noise nuisance issues.
