Hardwood flooring throughout, large windows (blinds included), ceiling fans in each bedroom/living room, dishwasher, & walk-in kitchen pantry. The historic blg. does not have central air conditioning; residents may use window A/C or window vented A/C units of their choice. Use of resident only laundromat directly next door at Brickyard Apts (First St. & Grant Ave.).
