Guests will enter through the door on the front porch using a digital keypad. Step inside the living room with a decorative fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and a hallway that leads to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Continuing through the dining room, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and the downstairs bedroom furnished with a comfy bed, sofa, and access to the backyard. The backyard is a haven for leisure and enjoyment, featuring a patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. The refreshing swimming pool awaits you for a dip or a relaxing swim. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee. All pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is centrally located, offering convenient access to downtown Montgomery's amenities such as grocery stores, great restaurants, parks, museums, and more. It's just a few minutes away from Jackson Hospital and Alabama State University, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged for getting around. The home is located in a residential area, so we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, a $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for contact-free check-in, and you will have full and private access to the home. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard/pool area on service day.
