This is not a year round rental. We will consider shorter term rentals as well. This is great for travelling healthcare providers, retirees who are looking to spend some time in the area before committing to something long term. This is also great for people who are purchasing a new construction property who need a temporarily place to live until property closes. There is NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND in this CONDO. There is plenty of non-assigned parking right in front of the building and even in front of adjacent building. We are including all utilities in the monthly rental cost. Our kitchen is fully ready with most of the amenities that you need in order to prepare and have meals in the condo. Cleaning is not included as renters need to maintain the cleanliness of the condo during their stay and when they leave. Bedding, Linens, Towels are NOT INCLUDED. We are requiring a 1 month security deposit which will be refundable after the renter leaves and we assess that there is no damage.
