     Property

    The carpet is rundown and lifting, it needs painting, new cabinetry and appliances. Shower head is also very low, I'm 5,6 and I would still need to squat so I can be under the shower head. It is also difficult to unlock the entry door.

     Management

    A little rough around the edges. He wasn't interested in negotiating too much
