Walk to the clubhouse/restaurant & bar for dinner, drinks and live music, and golf at the beautiful, well-maintained 18 hole course! Only 10 minutes to downtown Boerne and an easy commute to San Antonio. One bedroom is equipped with a King bed, 60" flatscreen and walk-in closet. The other bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and 35'' TV. There is a shower/tub combo in the common bathroom, and a shower in the master bedroom. There is plenty of seating options in the living room as well as a 60" flatscreen. There are 2 balconies: 1 accessed from the living room, and the other accessed from the master bedroom. There are 2 elevators on the premises, and you also get your own parking bay and storage closet next to the bay. Bay comes with electrical outlets as well for golf carts, vehicles or anything else you may need to charge. Pets must be approved prior to renting. Security Deposit is due at signing. No smoking allowed inside of the unit or with the unit doors opened while smoking. Smoking can only be done on balconies with the door shut or in smoking areas outside of the rental unit. Signs of smoking, including but not limited to the smell of cigarette/cigar/vape inside of the unit, and/or cigarette buts found in the unit or left on the balconies will result in a fine of $750.
