Enjoy the freestanding propane fireplace, low maintenance vinyl plank flooring, gas oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. This unit is the upper 2 floors of a stand alone home with separate decks, stairway and entrance, the bottom ground floor unit is rented separately. Each unit is rented separately but a discount is available if taking both units. Included in the $1800/mo per unit rent is electricity, water, sewer garbage, and snow plowing during winter months. Tenant is responsible for propane and internet.

Dogs and cats are allowed but a $500 deposit is required. Tenant must share the 2 parking spaces. During winter months only one car is allowed to park in snow plowed parking space any additional car must park in Central Parking lot.
