The doorways are all over 7 foot tall and the ceilings are 9 giving you a sense of space to relax in. Comes with a full kitchen, point of use hot water tank, radiant heated floors, fireplace, washer/dryer and covered decks both front and back. There is a unit above it, however care was taken to make sure noise and disturbances from above were minimized during construction. One snow plowed parking spot is provided during winter months, the landlord pays for electric, water, garbage and sewer. The tenant is responsible for propane and internet. Unit comes furnished. Rent is $2000 with a $3000 security deposit, 1 year lease prefered. We do run credit and background checks. Rented by the owner of the property not an agency. Landlord pays electrical, water, sewer, garbage and snow plowing. Tentant is required to pays for propane which is used for hot water and cooking. Internet is paid by tenant. Dogs and cats are allowed but a $500 deposit is required. Tenant must share the 2 parking spaces. During winter months only one car is allowed to park in snow plowed parking space any additional car must park in Central Parking lot.
