Please see the information down below for each loft's details. Loft 3 Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ethernet port). There is no additional charge for this service. Layout Sleeps 4 comfortably, there is a full-size bed in the loft and a Queen-size bed on the main floor. Here are the monthly rents February - $1,200 March - $1,300 April - $1,500 May - $1,700 Loft 4 Enjoy a stay in this cozy 1 bedroom unit located by the river, this unit does have a view of the river. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short-term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long-term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip. Layout Sleeps 6 comfortably, there is a full-size bed in the loft space, queen-size bed in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa that is a queen-size bed. Here are the monthly rents February - $1,200 March - $1,300 April - $1,500 May - $1,700 Loft 6 Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit.
