Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, Whirlpool appliances, and a deep kitchen sink. The dining area includes a spacious table with eight chairs, ideal for shared meals and gatherings. The villa also offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a garage for your convenience. The villa is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities to ensure a fantastic stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There's a counter with two bar stools for casual dining and a pantry for convenient storage. Each bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds and wall-mounted TVs. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and two sinks. The guest bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twin beds, each with their own bathroom. Guests have the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and babysitting services can also be arranged. For a fee, guests can access private DeBordieu Club amenities such as golf, tennis, and multiple dining options. The community charges a $20 fee per vehicle to enter, up to a maximum matching the number of bedrooms in the rental property. Salty Sister Villa is situated in the private oceanfront gated community of DeBordieu Colony, near Pawleys Island, South Carolina. The community offers a range of natural amenities, including miles of beach, tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. DeBordieu Colony is conveniently located between Charleston and Myrtle Beach, providing easy access to a variety of activities and attractions. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. The fireplace is not operational for guests. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is three, and restricted vehicles such as RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. Check-in during the summer is on Saturday.
