About this Gate 2's Sudden Valley Loft Condo: Experience the tranquility of Sudden Valley by being nestled among hundred-year-old cedars and Douglas Firs. This condo has the right balance of privacy, nature, and peacefulness while maintaining the benefits of a low-maintenance Condo living near one of Bellingham's hidden gems: Sudden Valley Golf Course. As the most upper right Condo in Gate 2, this condo shares the least amount of walls than any other condo in the complex, making it very quiet and unique. Its private entrance allows each tenant to experience a home away from home. Its location also makes it easy to access Sudden Valley's amenities. Within walking distance of El Agave Restaurant (less than 100 meters) and the Golf Pro Shop (less than 100 meters). It is also a quarter mile to all of Sudden Valley's amenities: community gym, pool, two saunas, public library, tennis courts, multiple playgrounds, kids' entertainment areas, weekly/monthly community events, etc. Just google suddenvalley(dot)com for more info. Its combination of an Updated Kitchen and Upstairs Bathroom, modern furnishings, and a standing desk with three screen monitors (for the remote worker), complete with all of the essential furnishings, makes it the perfect rental for the right person or small family. I was gone for a good portion of the days, but the condo and the community were great to help me decompress and stay focused on my work. The condo was the perfect amount of space for myself, my girlfriend, and her two Boston terriers. The neighbors were very nice, and even with the pet-friendly accommodations, I hardly even noticed that they were there. Parking was great; I always had parking right in front of the stairway leading to the condo. Inside the condo, it had a very relaxing aesthetic with just about everything I needed for my trip. When I had some free time over the weekend, it was only a 20-30 minute drive to some very nice dining areas and plenty of beautiful hikes around Bellingham's local lakes and bays. Nick was a fantastic host. He was always quick to respond if I had a question and very thorough with his check-in/out directions. Both me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay." "Great spot!
