With high ceilings, gleaming wood floors, and central air, this home blends charm with comfort. The lower level includes a bright living room with a pull-out sofa and TV, a formal dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and a serene bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Upstairs, French doors open to a flexible den or third bedroom with a Murphy bed and sofaideal as a cozy lounge or private sleeping space and a private outdoor deck. The spacious king bedroom offers lovely views, and a full bathroom. Laundry is available in the shared ground-level laundry room (coin-operated). There is a parking spot with the apartment but not included with the nightly rent. The nightly cost is $15, there are other parking options in the area, all information will be found in the welcome packet that will be sent 2 weeks prior to arrival. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. With public transit just steps away, it's easy to reach Longwood Medical Area, Fenway, and downtown Boston. You'll also love being surrounded by Brookline Village's unique cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. For any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. Be respectful of next door neighbors and neighborhood. Great place for large families or groups, not the place to be loud or rowdy and have parties. It would be super if shoes could be removed, shoe removal will make it quieter for people who live below. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including all rooms and shared spaces. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of individuals listed in the reservation. Unauthorized guests may result in expulsion or additional charges. Guests should avoid creating excessive noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. A $300 fine will apply for verified noise complaints that unduly impact neighboring residents and violate local noise ordinances. No dogs, cats, birds, or other animals may be kept in the apartment or allowed anywhere else in the building without express permission from the Host and payment of an additional cleaning fee. Pets are permitted in select apartments, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet sanitation fee. Additional charges, as well as size and breed restrictions, may apply and vary by building. Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times as specified in their reservation details. Unauthorized early entry or failure to check out by the agreed-upon time will result in a fee assessed at the Host's discretion.
