This is the UPSTAIRS UNIT of a duplex, located on a quiet residential street close to hospitals, Lake Erie, parks, and local shopping. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and desk, while the second large bedroom can be furnished to your liking as: An additional primary bedroom with a desk A dedicated office space with a daybed Single beds for two with 2 twin beds and a desk. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a luxe gas stove, peninsula with bar seating, and a dining nook. Enjoy a large living area, smart TV, hardwood floors in main spaces, plush carpet in bedrooms, and generous closet storage. Guests have keypad entry and private use of an in-unit washer and dryer located in the basement. The basement is split into two sides - one for each unit so you would have private storage and laundry space. There is private parking included with rent: you will have one dedicated garage spot and one dedicated driveway spot. There is also ample street parking where you or guests can park overnight most nights. **PLEASE NOTE** Minimum 1 month lease required. If renting for less than 6 months, there is a $350 non-refundable cleaning. Must be rented fully furnished. Utilities included in rent: Wifi, Water, Sewer, Trash, Gas, Electric, Lawn Maintenance, and Snow Removal (over 4" of snowfall) Cats and Dogs are welcome! There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee, as well as a $50/pet per month addition to rent. Minimum 1 month lease required. If renting for less than 6 months, there is a $350 cleaning fee required. No smoking of any kind allowed. Wifi is included in the utilities as part of your rent, and you will be responsible for your own streaming services. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for your lease term as well as a monthly pet fee of $50/month per animal kept on the property. You will get access to one parking space in the garage and half of the storage there as well as one parking space in the back of the unit. There is amble street parking available as well for you to use! The second bedroom in the unit can be switched around and furnished to meet your unique needs! - King bed and desk - Two twin beds and desk - Dedicated office space with twin day bed - Pack and Play also available for small children. Let us know how you're wanting to utilize the space before your lease begins, and we will set that up for you. You have full use of your own private washer and dryer located in the basement. The basement has two separate sides and you have access to the one side that is dedicated for your unit. We keep some of our supplies down there as well, and there is also lots of additional room for you to store things you need space for as well.
