The updated kitchen features granite countertops, a luxe gas stove, peninsula with bar seating, and a dining nook. Enjoy a large living area, smart TV, hardwood floors in main spaces, plush carpet in bedrooms, and generous closet storage. Guests have keypad entry and private use of an in-unit washer and dryer located in the basement. The basement is split into two sides - one for each unit so you would have private storage and laundry space. There is private parking included with rent: you will have one dedicated garage spot and one dedicated driveway spot. There is also ample street parking where you or guests can park overnight most nights. **PLEASE NOTE** Minimum 1 month lease required. If renting for less than 6 months, there is a $350 non-refundable cleaning. Must be rented fully furnished. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for your lease term as well as a monthly pet fee of $50/month per animal kept on the property. You will get access to one parking space in the garage and half of the storage there as well as one parking space in the back of the unit.
