Guests have keypad entry, in-unit washer and dryer in a private basement space, one garage spot, one driveway spot, and snow removal with 4+ inches of snowfall. This is the UPSTAIRS UNIT of a duplex, located on a quiet residential street close to hospitals, Lake Erie, parks, and local shopping. **PLEASE NOTE** Minimum 1 month lease required. Must be rented fully furnished. Utilities are NOT included in rent and are a $500/mo addition to rent (for a total of $3000/mo - when renting for less than 6 months). Utilities must be purchased through us unless you are signing a lease for 6+ months. If leasing the unit for 6+ months we offer $200/month off your utilities as an extended lease special if you'd like to have us manage this for you. You can also choose to switch the utilities to your name and personally manage them during your 6+ month lease. Cats and Dogs are welcome! There is a $250 non-refundable pet cleaning fee, as well as a $50/pet per month addition to rent. Utilities are NOT included in the rent. Utilities are $500/mo and must be purchased through us for any lease less than 6 months. Minimum 1 month lease required. No smoking of any kind allowed. Wifi is included in the utilities we manage, and you will be responsible for your own streaming services. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 for your lease term as well as a monthly pet fee of $50/month per animal kept on the property. You will get access to one parking space in the garage and half of the storage there as well as one parking space in the back of the unit. There is amble street parking available as well for you to use! The second bedroom in the unit can be switched around and furnished to meet your unique needs! Let us know how you're wanting to utilize the space before your lease begins, and we will set that up for you. You have full use of your own private washer and dryer located in the basement. The basement has two separate sides and you have access to the one side that is dedicated for your unit. We keep some of our supplies down there as well, and there is also lots of room for you to store things you need space for as well.
