Comfortable one bedroom apartment. The galley kitchen comes with a dishwasher. Central air conditioning and gas heat. This flat has two large closets, one in the bedroom and one between the kitchen and bathroom for extra storage space. The building has a coin laundry on site and off street parking. Lease begins August 15th, 2025 and ends July 31st, 2026. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities tenants are responsible for gas(Columbia Gas), electric(AEP), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone. Application fee of $30 per person is collected for a credit check. Credit checks do not consider medical or student loans. We check rental history with current and previous residences. Tenant must make a net income of four times the monthly rent or have a cosigner.
