All furnishings and utilities are included in rent (There is a utility cap rate). Fully appointed kitchen with dishes and pans, linens are all included. We are happy to work with displaced families due to insurance claims, traveling executives, business travelers, nomads, students and home sellers; offering flexible lease terms for your extended stay. All utilities, lawn care, and wifi internet service are included in rent. Absolutely no smoking on the premises. Small pets are allowed for additional deposit/pet fee.
