Shared amenities are laundry, weight and yoga type studio with oak floors (in basement), street level front and back patio. Ample street parking in front and one attached garage space. ALL UTILITIES (HVAC, electric, water, including whole water purification system and softener with reverse osmosis in kitchen, trash, recycling, organics), fiber optic Wi-Fi and meticulous upkeep of the property, lawn care, gardens, and the intuitive in-ground sprinkler system are included. You will pay for your own Amazon, Netflix, Hulu-type accounts. You will also keep up with the snow removal and split the maintenance cost with the other tenant. Must agree to a full background check. There are cameras on the exterior of the property and inside the garage. No smoking or illegal drug use on the property, this includes outside on the property. No intrusive parties (just let us know if you want to host friends or family for a grown-up gathering). This is a very quiet residential family area with amazing neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Walk or bike to shops, lakes, parks, cafes, UPS Store, library, Uptown, and Downtown all within 5-20 minutes.
