It features a 4K 55" HDR smart TV, a queen-size bed with a luxury foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets, an office desk and chair, and reading lamps. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, trays, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The inviting full bathroom is completely private and separated from the main room and is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, washcloths.
There is no parking included. The city of Milwaukee requires permits for overnight parking on the street, and you can get up to 3 nights by calling the city or by filling out an online form. An additional cleaning fee of $20/night applies for pets.

Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from the property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception, and if any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If the noise monitor is tampered with, there will be a fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times. Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee, no exceptions.
