Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. There is an exterior camera for security purposes only; please do not tamper with it, as fees may apply. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
