This homey Beaver Lake retreat is the ultimate lake getaway for your crew! Sit back and enjoy the fresh Northwest Arkansas air and Beaver Lake. Outside, enjoy the home's best amenity, its proximity to the picturesque shore of Beaver Lake! Guests will have access to explore the tranquil waters at their leisure. Take in the breathtaking views from the two lake-facing patios, with plenty of seating, grills, and games! Inside, kick back and relax in the living room with plenty of seating options and a Smart TV for entertainment. For additional recreation, head to the game room, complete with a wet bar, four Smart TVs, a Golden Tee game console, and a Wii. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals or the perfect cup of coffee during your stay. Share the meals in the dining room with lake views and an additional bar. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. The house is located in the small, rural town of Garfield and has direct access to Beaver Lake. The house is located off a steep gravel road, so a 4-wheel drive is recommended. The driveway is steep, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Lake is accessible by going down the stairs to the shoreline. Dock access is strictly prohibited. For your safety and to avoid property violations, do not enter or use the dock at any time. Exercise caution to avoid creating overly large fires in either fire pit and refrain from lighting any fires during July or August. Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the host's control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
