The game room is equipped with a wet bar, four additional Smart TVs, a Golden Tee game console, and a Wii. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals or the perfect cup of coffee, which can be shared in the dining room with lake views and an additional bar. The primary bedroom upstairs features a King-size bed, deck access, a Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. The second bedroom also upstairs has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, the third bedroom has a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms offer a combination of Queen and Twin bunk beds with nearby shared bathrooms. This property is pet-friendly, allowing dogs with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Unauthorized dogs or cats will incur a fine of $400. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. The house is located in the small, rural town of Garfield, offering direct access to Beaver Lake. Situated off a steep gravel road, a 4-wheel drive is recommended for access. The driveway is steep, so a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Access to the lake is available by going down the stairs to the shoreline. Exercise caution to avoid creating overly large fires in either fire pit and refrain from lighting fires during July or August. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions resulting in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
