Violation of this policy may result in lease termination. Utilities: The following utilities are included in the rent: sewer and garbage collection. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities, including electricity, gas, internet, water, and cable. Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly property with the following guidelines: Allowed Pets: Up to one dog (under 50 pounds) or two cats are permitted. All pets must be spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and licensed in accordance with local regulations. Proof of vaccinations and licensing is required prior to move-in. Pet Screening: A pet screening process is required for all applicants with pets. This includes a review of the pet's history and behavior. Pet Deposit/Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required, along with an additional $29 monthly pet rent per pet.
