Moody Amphitheater and the University of Texas are less than 2 miles away, East 6th Street Bars are 1.5 miles, Rainey Street District is 2.3 miles, and Barton Springs and Zilker Park are 6 miles. Max occupancy is 10 guests. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Please ensure that the entrance gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised swimming pool on the premises. There is a BBQ grill in the backyard, and guests are asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. No lifeguard on duty at the pool, swim at your own risk, and supervise children at all times. Please rinse off before entry and note that no glass is allowed in the pool or pool area, with additional fees applying if glass is found. Each Monday or Tuesday, the pool will be serviced. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling) and adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour, keeping doors and windows closed as much as possible. The landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, but they'll be mindful not to disturb you. Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season in September.
