     Property

Loved the actual apartment. Hallway/entryway was unkept. Needed good sweeping/cleaning. Neighborhood was a bit questionable, only street parking.

     Management

They were a super nice couple. I got there early and even saw them but thought they were looking like me. They pulled off and I didn't think anything of it. When I called to say I was there, they came right back and showed me the space. They were great.

Green space and movement are big here: Alethia Tanner Park, Swampoodle dog park, Kingman and Heritage Islands, the Anacostia Riverwalk, and the Metropolitan Branch Trail for biking.
