This deposit will be applied to the security deposit upon move-in. If the applicant is approved but does not sign a lease or move in, the landlord may retain part or all of the holding deposit to cover actual costs, provided this policy is disclosed in writing. If the application is denied, the holding deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days.
