Property
Kitchen was updated. It was an end unit, so that was nice. One bedroom had patio access. Wish it was both. Both bedrooms had a bath, neither were private to the bedroom. Living area small. New carpet that would never show dirt. The unit was upstairs and the back balcony overlooked the unit downstairs backyard that was full of junk and old weathered outdoor furniture. Not aesthetically pleasing. Overall the unit was to dark and small for my taste without adequate separation of the bedroom space. Pass.
Management
Well, Mr Hal repeatedly stated he had some brochures but didn't know what happened to them. The usual spiel about alot of interest in the property. When asked if he had any other properties for rent he stated "Yes, but they are much more expensive than this unit." Which didn't make us feel very good. Ultimately we couldn't leave fast enough.
