The processing of application takes 5 business days and then sent to the Board for review and interview set up, Rental application must be submitted together with the non-refundable application fee of $350 made payable to Delev Corp. Completed application and application fee must be mailed to 190-191 Knickerbocker Corp., c/o Delev Corp., PO BOX 145, Totowa, NJ 07511, or dropped off at Delev Corp., 12 Furler St., Suite 6, Totowa, NJ 07512. APPLICATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT CECKS AND ALL INFORMATION AS REQUESTED - NO EXCEPTIONS. All applicants must submit three credit references and photo ID. Two weeks gross salary must be equal to or greater than one month's rent. Applicants must submit income verification for the present year, plus prior year's Income Tax and W-2 or 1099 forms. Applicants must be gainfully employed or have adequate income for the last three years. A current pay voucher The Board has the right to turn down any applicant if bad credit information is received, even if the debt is now satisfied. Tenants must qualify on their own, Co-signers will not be accepted. Occupancy guidelines: 2 Bedroom.. .............. 3 people After references, credit, criminal and employment are checked by the Management Company, the applicant will be called for an interview by the Board of Directors. Any occupant over 18 will also need to have a criminal check performed and needs to provide date of birth and Social Security #. The Board meets twice a month for interviews. 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month (Dependent on holidays and weather related issues)
