If the application(s) look good, we can schedule a walkthrough. If you still want to rent the apartment after the walkthrough, then each adult pays $47 for a criminal, credit and eviction background check. Landlord pays for heat and cold water. Tenant pays for electric and cable/internet if wanted. Looking for a 12 month lease, but we could negotiate a shorter lease if needed.
