Hello! Advertising a 1br sublet/lease takeover with flexible timeline around the corner from Davis Square (Cameron Ave, Somerville). No pets, coin laundry in basement, great landlord and neighbors. Move-in end of January (date flexible), move-out any time from 5/31 to 8/31 at your discretion (landlord has option to exit lease early or re-sign if you really dig the spot). First and last due on move-in, plus a small key fee, no security deposit needed (!). Price is great for the space and proximity to Davis, but am potentially open to discounting down! It's a fantastic space for the price a ton of room, very quiet, well-lit, high ceilings, fantastic location. I'm just looking to move on to a shared house with friends. Open to leaving some furniture as well, or cleaning out totally, whatever is preferred. Reply if interested! As mentioned earlier, looking for a sublet/takeover til May with option to extend if desired. Landlord pays water. Renter pays electric and gas utilities.
