Fantastic place to live for a maximum of 2 people. Fishing is allowed, bring your boat or fish from the shore. We require a 1 year lease, the following is included: Electric (first $100 of usage included), Water, WiFi, Trash, tenant responsible for propane delivery for the stove. We do rent these units for shorter then 1 year. The price is $150/night with a 2 night minimum ($299/2 nights), $375 for 3 nights, $495 per week and $1350 per month (with no contract). If you are renting a unit for shorter then 6 months your price is $1350. For 6 months and longer, the price is $1200 with $1200 security deposit.
