The other bedroom can be used as either an office or a bedroom, and the attached pictures will show both options. Rent is $2,400 without boat slip, and $2400 with full boat slip access. Owner's preference is a 1 Year lease, with a minimum of 6 months. Owner will provide repairs for issues over $150, anything below that will need to be taken care of by the tenant.
