The first floor has the living space with a half bathroom and washer and dryer. The second and third floors each have two bedrooms and one full bathroom. All the floors have new vinyl flooring for easy cleanup. No carpet anywhere! As part of Montgomery Village, you have access to the community pool and tennis courts. Lake Whetstone is within walking distance to the townhouse. The location is close to public transit (bus) and a short ride to the Shady Grove metro station. Lease Terms: - Landlord responsible for HOA, taxes, trash. - No monthly pet rent! Only the pet security deposit is required. - Security deposit is one month rent plus $300 for each small dog or cat; $500 for each large dog ( 50 pounds).
