Property
Unit looked nice but lots of yelling coming from the unit next door and then I found out from a tenant that the laundry room is used as a crack house. Thanks but no thanks.
Management
Nice but only knowledgeable about the unit, not so much the property.
Centered on Ventura Boulevard in the southwest San Fernando Valley, 91356 (Tarzana) blends suburban calm with a lively dining strip and easy US-101 access. Days are warm and sunny with breezy canyon evenings, and locals hike Caballero Canyon into Topanga State Park, stroll green spaces at Tarzana Recreation Center, and head to the nearby Sepulveda Basin. Ventura’s “Safari Walk” nods to the neighborhood’s Edgar Rice Burroughs roots, while a strong Persian/Israeli and multigenerational community fuels standout eateries like Tel Aviv Grill and Hummus Bar & Grill, plus sushi bars, coffee spots, yoga and pilates studios, and LA Fitness. Daily needs are simple with Whole Foods, Gelson’s, and boutiques, with major shopping minutes away at The Village at Westfield Topanga. Per Zillow Rental Manager market trends, the recent median asking rent has hovered in the mid-$3,000s, with most rentals ranging roughly from the low-$2,000s for smaller units to the $4,000s–$5,000s for larger homes.
