Property
The apartment was beautiful and renovated beautifully. The landlord was kind and professional, making the initial meet up a very comfortable experience. The apartment itself is a little small, except for the kitchen. It would be a nice apartment for a couple or a starter family. The second bedroom would be great for a nursery. There is a bit of a lack of natural sunlight, but there’s enough nice recess lighting that makes up for it. I loved the details; The grey crown molding and the grey bricks are a beautiful touch. The asking price is reasonable being that there is a washer/dryer connection, parking and it’s walking distance to schools, grocery stores and a CVS pharmacy. Overall I give this property a 4 star being that the living room is quite small. But that’s an easy fix if you have or buy small furniture. Happy moving!
