    Old appliances, needs new paint, small kitchen, the bedroom smells like weed, awkward entry, back patio door doesn't open, loud neighbors who were screaming at eachother, roaches, lights missing, exposed bulbs with no lightfixture, old hardwook that needs repair. This entire apartment needs repairs and upgrading. Overpriced at $750/mo. Worth about half that per month because of terrible condition.
