This spacious villa features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. This villa offers 2 living areas, a game room, a movie theater room, 2 indoor dining areas, and 1 outdoor oasis. The large full kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need and features stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex, including a wave simulator and a splash pad. Solara Resort also includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court, and a full-size soccer field. There is also a large fitness center at the clubhouse and a teen hangout center. Nearby attractions include Disney World (7.6 miles), Universal Studios (21.7 miles), and SeaWorld (16.5 miles). Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests is 20 at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
