As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency. Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine. A locked security door will incur an emergency visit from a door locksmith and will be fined the amount. There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will held beginning 2 days prior to checkout and automatically release within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred. Owners pay for water, trash, HOA and internet. Tenants are responsible for electric and gas.
