Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, free Wi-Fi for connectivity, and a private screened pool with a covered lanai. The pool heat fee is $45 per day, and it is recommended to request pool heat before your arrival with a minimum of 2 days' notice. Up to 2 pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per stay per pet, with weight restrictions applying. Our grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions.
