The rental was cute and small! We liked the place because it had everything we need. The place looked like a few people viewed it and it was a bit dirty (walk area). The patio blinds did not open as nicely. All window blinds were dirty and on it's last use. The kitchen island edge strip was half attached. Some light bulbs were not working (garage). No window screen on at least two of the big sliding doors. Visiting the property was very convenient! The realtor was nice and was able to work with us since we are from out of state.
