Please know that you'd only be able to obtain permit after 3 mos. after you've established residence. - If your budget permits, optional parking in a separate lot is available for $200. Might be less, might be more, will have to double check current rates. This is a downstairs corner unit, because it's in the corner, it has two more windows than a standard studio unit in the building. Gets good sunlight during the day, clean and quiet building. This place is great! You can easily walk to the blvd. and grab a bite to eat or get some errands done. Post office, all major banks, subway transportation, grocery shopping (Gelson's, Trader Joe's, Ralph's and Yucca Market are closest), down the street from Franklin Village, Runyon Park, hop and skip to Griffith Park, great nightlife, etc... please don't hesitate to call me if you'd like to view the apt. we own the place and are very much into providing a great experience for our tenants. No smoking allowed. Pets allowed, except for ones prohibited by our property's insurance policy. Pet deposit of $300 applicable.
