This is a small studio on the second floor of an enclosed building in the downtown Sacramento area. The unit does not have its own kitchen or bathroom but comes with a small fridge, small microwave and small vanity. Ceiling fan, laminate floors, wood blinds, fresh paint. There is one shower that 4 other tenants share as well as a large vanity/toilet area. There is street parking only and no pets are allowed. We accept month to month agreements or a 6 month lease that rolls into a month to month. This studio is walking distance to night life, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, shopping. This is a great place for someone who commutes to Sacramento for work or someone looking for a clean and quiet place to stay for very cheap. There is wall air and portable heat. The owner pays for water, sewer, garbage and gas. Tenant would need to put SMUD into their name for the electricity. Tenant to provide their own internet/phone. There are existing ports in the unit.
