Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in this serene setting. Before booking this property, guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. Be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 cars: 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Do not park on the street or in spaces in front of other houses. No parties or events are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number are not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean and as you found them upon arrival, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is 1 security camera and 1 video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels is provided per person. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided. If you run out, it's your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
