This is a quiet family neighborhood, so outdoor noise should be refrained from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 cars: 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, with no street parking or parking in front of other houses. Parties or events are not allowed, and the maximum number of guests should not be exceeded. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fee if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures require prior approval, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests aged 18 years or older, and guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform during their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes.
